It’s official! Cannon Beach in Oregon is among the most beautiful places to live on the North American continent!
After visiting the nature, scenery, and geographical landmarks of Cannon Beach – Ecola Park, Haystack Rock, Chapman Point, Tolovana – ABC News’ Good Morning America’s most objective and respected columnist, Kari Pricher, has declared Cannon Beach, Oregon as the friendliest place she has ever visited. In fact, she goes on to say, “…I can’t keep my eyes off the landscape, I feel like I’m on the edge of heaven….”

I think they should have devoted more time and more verbiage to the stunning natural scenery photography. Cannon Beach is a truly inspiring, breathtaking and unique place to live, visit and relax. We need to hear more about our unique natural offerings.

I watched the ABC news clip and thought it was great… it showcased the natural beauty of the area and gave a good ‘feel’ for the town, but I would have also liked to have heard more dialogue – from both the ABC reporter and locals / tourists around town. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but it just can’t accurately display the true passion people have for Cannon Beach. When you live here, the town becomes a part of your soul…part of who you are… I can’t imagine calling anywhere else my home.
